| | | | About the Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP)
Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP) aims to help improve services and achieve better outcomes for people of all ages with health and social care needs. This includes children, young people, families, older people, those with mental health problems, a physical or learning disability, people with health and social care needs in the criminal justice system and those with housing needs.
Eight regional development centres deliver a broad range of locally and
nationally agreed work. Our current national work programmes are:
- Change agent team (focusing on older adults and physical disabilities)
- Children, families and young people programme
- Health and social care in criminal justice
- Networks (including commissioning, housing and learning and improvement networks)
- National Institute for Mental Health in England
- Social care programme
- Valuing People Support Team (working to improve lives for people with learning disabilities)
We are pleased to support this year's Guardian awards to help highlight and reward some of the excellent services providing care and support for people with health and social care needs.
