Matt Howell is head of public sector, technology services, where he also has responsibility for identity management. He has over 10 years experience in consulting and before being appointed to his new role, he led a team specialising in IT and technology in the UK justice sector. As part of Capgemini's commitment to global clients, he sits on Capgemini's Global Public Safety Committee.
Before joining Capgemini, Matt worked in the IS Strategy Unit of the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency, working across all government departments and has also had a number of delivery roles across the public sector.
