John Tizard was recently appointed to the directorship of the newly-established Centre for Public Service Partnerships at the University of Birmingham. The centre aims to become a leading source of authoritative, evidence-based research, analysis and advice on public service partnership and collaboration for governments and the wider public sector, the corporate sector, the third sector and academics. Prior to this appointment John worked for The Capita Group plc, most recently as group director of government and business engagement.
