Andy heads a market-leading division within Hays which employs 120 specialist consultants in 20 centres of excellence across the UK. This team focuses on the recruitment of accountancy and finance professionals into roles throughout non-profit making organisations and the public services.
Andy joined Hays with a philosophy degree from Cambridge University and spent seven years providing recruitment solutions to a wide portfolio of private sector clients and furthering the careers of candidates through to board level appointments. In the last eight years he has worked across the public services and with not-for-profit clients, during which time the demands of the sectors have rarely stayed still. Part of his current remit is to ensure that Hays and its consultants stay on top of changing markets and anticipate the future needs of their clients and candidates.
